 Ahhhh football season is almost over :-( I did get to shoot the Section XI playoff game and snapped a quick pic. Hopefully I will get hired to do the New York HS State Champs next week. Added my new short film called "Silent Conflict PTS" to the video section, check that out if you have a few minutes! It is posted on a few video sites so if you see it posted somewhere rate it if you can. My "Hurricane Bill" surf video has been getting some good reviews. Just won Homegrown Clips Contest @ GrindTV.com, and it was also selected to be at the "Panhandle Hurricane Surf Film Festival" in Florida December 30th. Hope I can make some connections, and maybe produce some more surf videos in the future. I love making them, and I would love to get into water photography. Might possibly go down there for the festival, if the funds are available. More updates when I find out what is going on! October Updates 10/22/2009
I have been meaning to make an update on the site, so here it is. Lately I have been shooting for "News 12" and " T&D Sports" and it's been great. Learning, making money, and having fun is what I am currently up to. For my short film "Untitled Project" we still need to shoot one or two more days just for some extra filller stuff. Weather and scheduling has kept us back from completing the shooting, but hopefully will be done soon. I am in the process of editing it now, and it is coming along good. I am also in the process of editing a project for school that students in my class shot last year around this time of the year called "Drunk Love". It's basically a comedy my friend and I wrote that revolves around relationships between roommates (very very original). So look out for that in the future, once it is done will most likely be posted up on the site! "Untitled Project" Day 1 09/06/2009
Thanks everyone for helping out on my short film, it was fun. I really appreciate the help and a big thanks goes out to Vinny, John, Dorian, Jefte, Erin, Kat, Cassandra, J-flo, and some random hippies in the woods. Just started up football season for T & D Sports Production it will be another fun year, can't wait! I was never really into football until I started to shoot for them, and every game is a blast to be at. I will also be starting a new job at News 12 as a photographer later in this month, will keep you updated as I start working there. That will also be alot of fun and hope to gain alot of experience, and get to see some interesting stuff. Everyone also needs to get into these music sites if you haven't already heard of them, Pandora and Imeem. Both great sites for finding new music, especially original indie bands. Added a new video to the page, check out if you are interested has to do with surfing. I basically killed my camera from the humidity/condensation by being at the beach all day. I was able to repair it later on and it was all worth it. Recently I wrote a short film that I will be directing/producing/shooting hopefully this coming week. Have a bunch of close friends as crew/actors and it will be a good time! Pray that it does not rain this coming Saturday. Otherwise I will have to wait until I get back from California. Hey everyone, been trying to keep myself busy. Have been working at various sports camps on Long Island doing training videos, and promos. It's been fun and I am trying to save up for more equipment, donations are gladly appreciated ;-) I am looking to either upgrade with a new HD cam, stabilizer, or dolly tracks. Still scoping it out or might hold off. Also I have been working on "100 Proof" an indie feature length film being shot in Queens. It's been alot of fun, gaining alot of experience, and networking. The executive producer is looking to find distribution and will be submitting to all film festivals. I'm looking forward to watching the final edit of the movie! Driving is fun! 07/17/2009
Heading out to Jersey City soon for an interview with a family about social workers/adoption. 4th day of shooting for the TV pilot/documentary called "Case Work" a production by 77 Film Productions Inc. The whole crew is alot of fun to work with, and the people we have been interviewing have been very helpful and eager to see this production take off. Good times! new jersey bound 07/10/2009
What a beautiful day it is, definite beach weather! Weather like this makes me so happy to be in New York. But anyway, today I will be shooting a TV pilot/documentary for 77 Film Productions Inc. called "Case Work". This is our third day of shooting, and hopefully we will see a final product come out soon with some potential buyers.
